Retail Vision Program
The provider panel is the most widespread in the U.S. and includes ophthalmologists, optometrists, independent optical centers and national chain locations such as participating LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Target Optical, and JCPenney stores.

Since this program is not insurance, there are no forms to fill out, claims to file, or waiting periods. All frames, lenses, and specialty items such as tints, scratch resistant coatings, and ultraviolet protection are available. There is no limit on eyewear selection or the number of times the member and their family may use the membership during the year.

How the Retail Vision Program Works:

  1. Members locate a participating provider in their area either by the Provider Search or by calling the toll free number in their membership kit.
  2. Call a participating provider to make an appointment. Be sure that the member informs the office that they are a Coast to Coast Vision member.
  3. The member should then present their membership card to the participating office upon arrival for scheduled appointment.
  4. Members pay the Coast to Coast Vision fee schedule price at the time of service.

Mail-Order Vision Program
Replacement Contact Lenses can be ordered through the mail order service at 20% to 50% discounts by calling a toll-free number. Members give the brand and type of lens to the operator for a price quote over the phone. Most major brands of soft lenses are available including disposables, torics, and bifocals. Gas permeable materials are also available. Most orders are received within 7 to 14 days.

  • Call 1-888-436-3700 · and press 3. Give the brand and type of lens to the representative for a price quote over the phone. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm eastern central time for a price estimate or to place an order for replacement contact lenses.
  • Then mail a valid doctor's prescription to: Americas Eyewear, 13748 Neutron Road, Dallas, TX, 75244. Once a valid doctor's contact lens prescription is received, you and your family may place orders as often as you wish prior to the expiration date of the prescription
